We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Glow Tech Sign And Displays. The role involves manufacturing LED Lighting and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver production of electronics manufactured products, maintain strict quality control and delivery targets.
Optimize manpower and machine utilization to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
Drive process improvements, maintain production schedules, and safety.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
