We’re Hiring | Production Engineer – FRP & Al. Ladder Manufacturing & Fabrication

manufacturing company specialising in FRP industrial products for oil & gas, chemical, petrochemicals, power plants, facility management, infrastructure and utility sectors.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager with strong technical knowledge of fabrication and ladder manufacturing, capable of contributing new ideas, improved designs, and better use of accessories in ladder production.

Role & Responsibilities

• Complete responsibility of production planning & execution

• Hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, assembly & finishing

• Strong understanding of ladder accessories – steps, rungs, pulleys, rollers, castors, locks, brackets, fasteners & safety components

• Ability to suggest innovative design improvements, materials & processes

• Ensure product quality, load safety & dimensional accuracy

• Control material usage, minimize wastage & rework

• Manage shop-floor manpower, productivity & discipline

• Ensure safety practices, housekeeping & process discipline

• Coordination with design, purchase, QA & dispatch teams

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production

• 4–5 years experience in ladder / scaffolding / fabrication manufacturing

• Strong practical & problem-solving approach

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards will be an added advantage
