Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee factory production operations for interior and modular furniture projects. The candidate will manage production planning, manpower, quality control, and timely project execution.

Responsibilities
• Manage complete factory production operations
• Plan and monitor modular furniture production schedules
• Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and helpers
• Ensure quality standards and finishing checks
• Coordinate with design and site execution teams
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage
• Ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain factory discipline and workflow efficiency

Requirements
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior or modular furniture production
• Strong knowledge of plywood, laminates, hardware, and factory processes
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
