💼 Position: Engineer – Assembly

🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee assembly operations for pumps, dispensers, or similar plastic products.

Ensure smooth running of assembly lines with focus on productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues independently.

Monitor assembly processes and implement improvements to reduce defects and downtime.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure product compliance.

Maintain proper documentation and reports related to assembly activities.

🧩 Required Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience in assembly line operations.

Strong understanding of plastic products and manufacturing processes.

Problem-solving ability with independent troubleshooting skills.

Basic IT proficiency: MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in pumps & dispensers or similar plastic product manufacturing is highly preferred.

Candidate should be native to Karnataka.
