About the Role

We are hiring a Production Manager to manage end-to-end factory production of custom furniture, modular furniture, retail fixtures, joinery and interior fit-out products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory production, planning and job scheduling.

• Convert drawings/BOQs into production plans and timelines.

• Manage manpower, machinery, materials and production capacity.

• Coordinate with Design, Purchase and Project teams.

• Monitor material consumption, wastage and production costs.

• Ensure quality, dimensions, finishing and specifications as per approved drawings.

• Control rework, rejection and production delays.

• Manage polishing, finishing, assembly, packing and dispatch.

• Coordinate production priorities with project/site requirements.

• Maintain production records and report progress to Management.

• Ensure factory discipline, safety and productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, Furniture Technology or relevant field preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in furniture/interior production.

• Strong experience in custom/modular furniture, joinery or retail fixtures.

• Ability to read AutoCAD/technical production drawings.

• Good knowledge of boards, laminates, veneers, hardware and finishing materials.

• Experience in manpower management, material planning and wastage control.

• Strong production planning, quality control and problem-solving skills.

• Experience coordinating with project/site teams is preferred.
