Production Manager

We are looking for a production engineer to join our team at at Bhad Engineers Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to oversee production activities, ensure timely execution of manufacturing processes, maintain quality standards, and improve operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities. 

• Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines. 

• Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality, and project teams. 

• Monitor manpower utilization and shop floor activities. 

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. 

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. 

• Resolve production-related issues and minimize downtime. 

• Maintain production documentation and records. 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives. 

Required Skills 

• Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes. 

• Experience in electrical panel assembly and fabrication activities. 

• Understanding of quality control and safety procedures. 

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. 

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
