JOB ROLE : The main Role of Production Engineer is to ensure Timely Production of goods, in the most Cost Effective manner and with the Required Quality.
Another role of Engineer Prdn is to ensure proper accountability of inventory of raw material and inventory of all assets used in carrying out production.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production schedules.
Achieve production targets with optimum resource utilization.
Ensure product quality and maintain FPY targets.
Monitor production processes and implement CAPA.
Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Engineering.
Maintain accountability for raw materials, WIP, and production assets.
Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
Train and guide production operators.
Maintain production records, MIS, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF, ESD, and safety standards.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.
