Key Responsibilities
1) Process Planning
Prepare route sheets for fabrication and machining
Define fabrication and welding sequences
Plan machining allowances
Establish inspection stages and quality checkpoints
2) Shop Floor Coordination
Issue and manage job cards
Monitor fabrication progress on the shop floor
Coordinate welding and machining activities
Ensure proper use of jigs, fixtures, and tools
3) Technical Control
Control and verify weld sequences
Monitor dimensional accuracy of components
Support troubleshooting and resolve production issues
4) Reporting & Monitoring
Maintain daily production logs
Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and aging
Submit daily progress and status reports
