- Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth production operations.
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Supervise production workers and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor production processes, machine utilization, and productivity.
- Ensure production is carried out as per quality standards and SOPs.
- Monitor raw material availability and consumption.
- Control production wastage, rejection, and downtime.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and repairs.
- Maintain daily production reports, records, and MIS.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and workplace discipline.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Management teams.
- Suggest process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
