We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Nem Fashion House India Llp. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with selling brokers, fabric mills, and component suppliers (packaging, hangers, trims) to secure raw materials on schedule.
Manage relationships with job-work units (cutting, stitching, finishing, and processing partners).
Negotiate competitive rates to lower production costs while maintaining brand standards.
Enforce strict quality control standards across all stages: initial fabric inspection, pre-production sampling, inline stitching, and final packing.
Ensure in-house custom designs are executed accurately without unauthorized modifications.
Systematically reduce rejection rates and minimize fabric or material wastage.
Supervise floor staff, tailors, and quality checkers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
