Production Executive

Job Title: Textile/Garment Merchandiser/Production Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Textile/Garment Professional with a Diploma or Degree in Textiles and 3+ years of experience in garment merchandising, production, PPC, or related fields. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of garment construction, costing, delivery schedules, trims, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in garment merchandising, production planning, and delivery scheduling

- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and teams to ensure timely delivery

- Develop and implement cost-effective production plans

- Analyze production costs, quality, and delivery timelines

- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Textiles or related field

- 3+ years of experience in garment merchandising, production, PPC, or related fields

- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, costing, delivery schedules, trims, and production processes

- Strong understanding of fabric, trims, and accessories

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other relevant software

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with garment construction and sampling

- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance

- Experience with ERP systems and production management software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in garment merchandising, production, PPC, or related fields

- Experience in managing international clients and suppliers

- Experience in handling production projects

Salary:

- Competitive salary as per Industry norms - depends on performance in interview
