We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Executive to manage end-to-end production of Banana, Pomegranate & Bamboo Tissue Culture plants. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high productivity, low contamination levels, and timely achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.📌 Key Responsibilities:

Manage all TC stages: Initiation, Multiplication, Rooting & Hardening
Achieve production targets with minimal contamination
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards & documentation
Supervise laboratory staff and oversee daily production activities
Monitor contamination control and aseptic techniques
Coordinate with hardening unit, nursery & dispatch team
Prepare daily/weekly production reports
Maintain clean lab environment and inventory control

🧪 Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Banana / Pomegranate / Bamboo Tissue Culture protocols
Expertise in contamination control & aseptic techniques
Good team handling & leadership skills
Production planning & reporting skills
Attention to detail and quality-focused approach

🎓 Educational Qualification:B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology / Botany / Life Sciences💼 Work Experience:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Plant Tissue Culture productionExperience in Banana / Pomegranate / Bamboo TC preferred
