Position :Production Assistant
Department: Production / Manufacturing Operations
Job Location: Kuha, Ahemdaba
Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist the production team in maintaining workflow, handling production documentation, monitoring materials, and
ensuring smooth production processes while following quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities
Support production supervisors in achieving production targets
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Monitor raw materials and inform supervisors about shortages
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse departments
Ensure machines, tools, and workstations are clean and organized
Help in packing, labeling, and dispatch-related activities when required
Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
Identify production issues and report them to supervisors
Support inventory and stock management activities
Required Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations
Experience in factory or industrial environments will be an advantage
