Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer

PCB Design Engineer Position: PCB Design Engineer Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Understand project/work scope and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines. • Perform PCB designing and related activities. • Ensure quality release of Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), and design drawings. • Generate and maintain PCB specifications. • Ensure designs meet manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT) requirements. • Work on multi-layer PCB design, stack-up derivation, and constraint setting. • Develop and manage component libraries and footprints. • Perform schematic modifications using Allegro and Altium tools. • Create and update BOM. • Handle high-speed signal routing (DDR3/DDR4, HDMI, USB, Ethernet, CSI, DSI, etc.). • Prepare Gerber data for manufacturing. • Work on signal integrity considerations (preferred). • Apply knowledge of EMC/EMI standards (good to have). Required Tools Expertise: • OrCAD Cadence • Altium Designer • PADS • Siemens Expedition Enterprise Soft Skills: • Positive attitude • Strong analytical skills • Problem-solving mindset • Quick learner • Passionate and eager for growth Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. • Relevant experience in PCB design and development.
