Supervise and manage the press shop operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
Coordinate and schedule team members' work assignments to optimize production efficiency and output
Monitor and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange for repairs or maintenance as necessary
Train new and existing team members on press shop operations, safety procedures, and quality standards
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Maintain accurate production and inventory records, and generate regular reports as required
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies and procedures
