Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily press shop activities and manpower.
Ensure production targets are completed on time.
Monitor press machines and production quality.
Check raw material and finished parts quality.
Maintain production reports and shift records.
Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments.
Ensure proper use of tools, dies, and machines.
Follow safety rules and maintain 5S in the shop floor.
Reduce rejection and improve productivity.
Train operators and helpers when required.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of power press and sheet metal operations.
Basic knowledge of tools, dies, and measuring instruments.
Leadership and team handling skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production planning and quality checking.
