We are currently hiring Plant Operator for one of our client.

Job Title: Plant Operator

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Industry: Manufacturing

Education: Any Qualification (Science background preferred)

Language: Preferred Odisha candidates or Telugu

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator to oversee manufacturing operations in a Cement or Ferro Alloy plant. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the complete production process, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and complying with environmental and production regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the plant production process from raw material handling to final product packaging.

Ensure smooth and continuous plant operations with maximum efficiency.

Maintain product quality by following standard operating procedures.

Adhere to all safety, environmental, and chemical production regulations.

Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Report production issues and support process improvements.

Maintain production records and operational logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Minimum 3 years of experience in Cement or Ferro Alloy industries.

Experience in handling the complete manufacturing process.

Good understanding of plant operations, quality control, and safety procedures.

Knowledge of environmental and production compliance.

Male candidates preferred.
