PLANT MANAGER – DAIRY OPERATIONS

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentive
About the Job
We are looking for a Graduate Plant Manager to take ownership of our daily dairy operations, staff management and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dairy production and operations.
Ensure milk is processed and dispatched on time every day.
Manage staff, duty schedules, attendance and performance.
Identify manpower requirements and support hiring.
Coordinate production, packing and delivery teams.
Maintain daily records, checklists and Excel/Google Sheet reports.
Monitor milk production, dispatch, wastage and operational issues.
Solve day-to-day problems and ensure smooth execution.
Build systems and processes as the dairy grows.
Candidate Profile
Graduate
2–5 years experience in Operations / Dairy / Food Processing / FMCG / Supply Chain preferred.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer systems.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Disciplined, organised and good at follow-up.
Proactive and solution-oriented.
Willing to take ownership and work in a hands-on dairy environment.
Important
This is an ownership role, not just a supervisory position.
We need someone who can plan → manage people → execute → measure → report → improve.
