Pellet Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Pallet Operator to handle pallet movement, loading, unloading, stacking, and material shifting activities in the plant or warehouse. The candidate should be familiar with material handling procedures and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pallet handling equipment for shifting materials within the plant or warehouse.

• Load, unload, move, and stack materials safely on pallets.

• Ensure proper placement and arrangement of materials on pallets.

• Inspect pallets and handling equipment before use.

• Maintain proper material identification and stacking practices.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for material movement.

• Follow safety procedures while handling and transporting materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the working area.

• Report damaged pallets, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

• Ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished goods as per operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.

• Previous experience in pallet handling, warehouse, or material handling operations preferred.

• Knowledge of material stacking, loading, and unloading procedures.

• Ability to follow safety instructions and work in a team.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

• If operating a powered pallet truck or forklift, relevant training and authorization are required.
