· Supervise and handling daily packing activities of dry fruits, makhana, seeds, and seasoning products.
· Ensure production targets are achieved as per daily planning or pending order sheet.
· Monitor proper usage of packaging materials to minimize wastage.
· Ensure correct weight, sealing, batch coding, and labelling as per company standards.
· Supervise packing workers and machine operators.
· Allocate manpower as per production requirement.
· Maintain daily production and packing reports in ERP.
· Maintain batch manufacturing records and dispatch records in ERP.
· Coordinate with store department for packing materials and raw material availability.
· Monitor stock of pouches, cartons, labels, and other packing materials.
· Ensure packing is done as per FSSAI, and internal quality standards.
· Maintain cleanliness of packing floor.
· Ensure use of gloves, caps, masks as per food safety standards.
