Specialist - Package Implementation Job Summary minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SaaS SCM to lead and optimize supply chain management solutions within Oracle Cloud environments Job Description Utilize extensive expertise in Oracle SaaS SCM to design implement and enhance endtoend supply chain management processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle SCM modules Lead full lifecycle implementations including configuration testing and deployment of Oracle SCM Cloud modules Analyze current SCM workflows and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle SaaS capabilities to increase operational efficiency Ensure seamless integration of Oracle SCM modules with other enterprise systems to support comprehensive supply chain operations Stay updated on Oracle SaaS SCM releases features and industry best practices to continuously improve solution delivery Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members to build and elevate SCM domain knowledge and skills Roles and Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle SaaS SCM modules including Inventory Order Management Purchasing Cost Management and Logistics Conduct business process analysis FITGAP assessments and design functional solutions tailored to client requirements Configure and customize Oracle SCM Cloud modules to meet organizational needs Prepare and maintain detailed functional documentation and configuration guides Lead testing activities such as System Integration Testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT to validate SCM solutions Manage data migration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy during cloud transitions Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving postdeployment incidents to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with technical teams for integrations customizations and enhancements Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback deliver training and facilitate change management Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SCM practice
