We are seeking a proactive, organized, and result-oriented Operations & Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Manufacturing, Solar EPC, and Polymer Reprocessing business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities across departments, ensuring smooth business operations, managing vendors and purchases, supporting accounts and administrative functions, monitoring inventory and dispatch, coordinating with customers and business partners, and preparing daily operational reports for management. The role also includes overseeing office administration, employee coordination, facility management, and ensuring timely execution of routine business activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently and act as the owner's representative in routine operational matters whenever required. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP systems, and prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations will be preferred.
