We are looking for a Mould Designer to join our team at Nice Neotech Medical Systems Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Maintain records and manage tool room inventory
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Weight conversation or existing weight or thread change to send a customer approval
RFQ for tooling cost and mailing to customer.
Draw and calculate the weight from measurement reading.
Mold 3D Assembly convert file send to planning go head to process
BOM, DFM , Concept Layout, Mold split
Customized Mold base library selection / standard parts.
Electrode creation and locating drawing.
Coordinate with Design team analysis with customer drawing.
Analyze mass properties of product.
Release draft / gate location of component
Preparation of detailed drafting / GD &T
Checked 1-1 with team and approved by design head
Concept design for JIG & FIXTURE , Automobile components assembly fixtures, Welding Fixture.
Reverse engineering for injection Mold stack components.
Process Identification for Mold Components
Reheat Blow Mold (RHBM), Injection Stretch Blow Molds (ISBM)
To take over the product model (or) 2D drawing, then design Mold concept assembly for suitable machine configuration.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, /Diploma Mech.
· Auto CAD, Pro Engineer
· 5 to 10 years of experience in production management.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Hands-on knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practices preferred.
