Job Summary

Shree Quality Services is looking for a detail-oriented and proficient MIS Executive to manage daily MIS reporting, data management, and analysis. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel and be capable of preparing accurate reports, maintaining manpower-related data, and providing timely information to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Maintain employee/manpower databases and update records regularly.

• Manage attendance, joining, exit, deployment, absenteeism, and manpower-related data.

• Prepare client-wise and site-wise manpower reports.

• Generate reports related to manpower availability, deployment, vacancies, and attrition.

• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.

• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and management reports.

• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IFERROR, etc.

• Work extensively with Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Filters, Sorting, and Excel Tables.

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and identify discrepancies or missing information.

• Prepare reports for management and clients within defined timelines.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate with HR, recruitment, operations, and site teams to collect and verify required data.

• Track and report daily manpower status and highlight gaps to the concerned team.

• Develop and improve existing MIS formats and reporting processes.

• Perform any other reporting and data-related activities assigned by management.
