Ours is a mining business

Mines are located in villages.

One mine is located 125 kms from Jhansi in UP and the other is located 70 kms from Jhansi in MP.

We have a processing plant in Jhansi which also acts as local HQ.

That is where the candidate will be posted for substantial time, till he is promoted to General Manager.

As General Manager he will be posted at Jhansi.

We are looking at fresh or experienced Engineers (preferably Mining Engineers but not necessarily).

We are now looking for generation change. We want to hire two trainees. One for each mine. One of them, we hope will be dynamic enough to become the Director Production in next five years.
