We are Hiring - Site Supervisor 🚨

🏢 Company: Tufwud Doors & Accessories Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Reporting Office: Flat no 406, Sai sangam building, Shelghar, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206

💰 Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass/ Graduate / Civil Engineer

📅 Experience: 6 months –2 Years, Freshers are also welcome.

🏍️ Must own a two wheeler or valid Driving License

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure site safety, quality control, and timely project completion

✅ Verify compliance with design specifications, dimensions, and color requirements

✅ Support project planning, material ordering, and delivery coordination

✅ Supervise site activities and maintain site reports and records

✅ Coordinate resources, subcontractors, materials, and workforce

✅ Resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance fulfillment

🏗️ Current Project Sites:

Mumbai – L&T, B.G. Shirke, Shapoorji Pallonji & Taloja Site etc

✈️ Travel Requirement:

Candidates must be willing to travel frequently and undertake outstation deployments as per project requirements. Project locations may include Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nashik, Bangalore, and other cities across India.
