Panoply _ Production Supervisor
We are looking for a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to join our team at Panoply. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹23000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Role Purpose:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily production schedules
Monitor machine efficiency and manpower utilization
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
Report daily production status
Train and guide operators
Reduce wastage and improve productivity
