Job Description: Clean Room Supervisor (Disposable syringe)

Role & responsibilities
- Production aspects associated with routine assembly of disposable syringe.
- Define, implement, and measure key performance indicators for the clean room. Drive process improvements based on performance measurements.
- Drive the reduction of rework, scrap, and overall cost.
- Manage timekeeping and attendance for all clean room colleagues.
- Conduct periodic inspections of clean room machinery, equipment, and working conditions to ensure conformance to appropriate safety and quality standards and regulations.
- Assure routine cleanings are completed each week.
- Assure preventive maintenance and calibration requirements are withheld.
- Assure proper clean room techniques and hygiene are always maintained.
- Assure production labelling, batch card, non-conforming material, and computer documentation are appropriately and timely maintained.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidate should be pro-active and a hustler.
2. Willingness to learn and deliver.
3. Strong verbal communication skills
4. Understanding of clean room equipment, processes and procedures.
5. Should have prior experience.
6. Will have to work in night shift as well
7. 12 hours shift
