DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute maintenance work as per Mechanical Engineer instruction and methods.
Work with installation and commission of equipment along with Mechanical Engineer.
Perform plant equipment preventative maintenance as per PM plan.
Analyse breakdowns, diagnose faults and rectify the repairs as per instructions from Mechanical Engineer.
Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.
Work with reliability Mechanical Engineers to extend equipment life cycle.
Prepare and document all the maintenance, breakdown, service, preventive maintenance, calibration of equipments, Mechanical tools inventory, and maintain the same as per instructions from Mechanical Engineer.
Coordinate with all kind of audits and inspection program.
Provides engineering support by responding to requests for Mechanical problems.
DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
ITI/ Diploma/Degree/Master degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering with experience of minimum 0-2 years.
Experience should be in Extractions/Chemical/Pharma/Food/Biosciences/ Cosmetics Industry.
Mechanical/electrical Troubleshooting, Staffing, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, Developing Budgets, Equipment Maintenance, Safety Management, Attention to Detail, Conceptual Skills, Supply Management, Facilities Management Systems.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower
Team player who can adapt to dynamic work environment.
