Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fabrication Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities.
Allocate work to fabricators, welders, and helpers.
Ensure production targets are completed on time.
Read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor fabrication quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.
Maintain workplace safety and ensure all employees follow safety guidelines.
Track material usage and minimize wastage.
Prepare daily production reports and update management on work progress.
Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and engineering drawings.
Ability to manage a team and solve shop-floor issues.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
