Job Summary
The Site Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of water supply, treatment, or pipeline projects. The role involves supervising manpower, coordinating with contractors and clients, maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality work, and completing projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution.
Monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment plants, pipelines, pumps, tanks, and related equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Manage site workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
Verify material requirements, monitor inventory, and coordinate timely procurement.
Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical or operational issues.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved timeline and budget.
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain proper records of equipment, manpower attendance, and site activities.
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in water treatment, water supply, pipeline, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, piping, valves, and related equipment is preferred.
Required Skills

Ability to read engineering drawings and project specifications.
Knowledge of site safety practices and quality control procedures.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Working Conditions
Primarily based at project sites.
Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.
Flexible to work extended hours during critical project phases.
