We are looking for a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to join our team at Amaze Concrete Products Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise concrete pouring and site execution activities
•Coordinate with batching plant team, pump operators, and contractors
•Monitor material usage and reduce wastage
•Conduct cube sampling and basic quality checks
•Maintain daily site reports and progress documentation
•Ensure safety standards are strictly followed
•Handle client/site inspections
•Resolve technical issues at site efficiently
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
