Engineer- Manufacturing simulation Function Research & Development - Jaipur Pay Band E4 to M2 Role Engineer A purpose driven role for you To work in a team for simulation of tube, sheet metal, casting parts and should understand and ensure simulation of parts as per manufacturing process parameters. He / She shall be able to preprocess and perform simulation activities under guidance to check manufacturing feasibility of parts. A Day in the life Model preparation for Virtual Simulation. Understand process variations associated with specific manufacturing process. Understand the basics of manufacturing process. Perform the different manufacturing process feasibility simulations (Forming, Tube Operations, Casting and Welding etc.). To provide the solution to design for manufacturing process feasibility. Academic Qualification & Experience B. Tech/M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Institute 3- 5 Years Technical Skills/Knowledge Product/engineering understanding of two wheelers like Scooter, Motorcycle, and step through vehicles. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Finite Element Analysis, Theory of Plasticity.
