Operate and monitor production machines as per work instructions.
Set up machines and adjust machine parameters as required.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth production.
Check product dimensions and quality using measuring instruments such as
Identify machine abnormalities, defects, and quality issues and report them to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
Maintain production quantity and quality targets.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company rules.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and work area.
Record production, rejection, downtime, and other required data.
Handle tools, materials, and components carefully.
Support preventive maintenance activities and routine machine cleaning.
Follow 5S and other production-related procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
