Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our production unit. The candidate should ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) before production
Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
Monitor machine performance and ensure proper functioning
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain production records and reports
Identify and report any machine defects or production issues
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Any relevant technical qualification
Proven experience as a Machine Operator (preferred)
Basic knowledge of mechanical and technical systems
Ability to read measurements and understand technical drawings
Good problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Experience
Fresher / 1–3 years (depending on requirement)
Working Conditions
Shift-based work (Day/Night shifts)
Factory/Production environment
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CNC machines (if applicable)
Basic maintenance knowledge
Teamwork and communication skills
