We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drinking Water Bottling Plant Operator to support daily production operations at our bottling facility. The operator will be responsible for operating bottling machinery, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient production of packaged drinking water in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Operate, monitor, and control bottling plant equipment, including filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machines.
Set up machines for different bottle sizes and production specifications while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Monitor the production line to identify defects, leaks, improper sealing, or labeling issues and report abnormalities promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the production process.
Follow SOPs related to cleaning, sanitation, personal hygiene, PPE usage, and workplace safety.
Inspect bottled water for quality, contamination, and compliance with required standards before storage or dispatch.
Assist in quality sampling, testing, and documentation as required by quality control procedures.
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, quality checks, and material usage.
Manage inventory of consumables and ensure proper storage of finished goods in a clean and organized warehouse.
Comply with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
Work closely with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Contribute suggestions for process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
High school diploma or equivalent; ITI or technical/vocational certification preferred.
Experience in a bottling plant, food processing unit, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain machinery.
Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and quality control practices.
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
