Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.

• Set up machines and ensure they are functioning properly before production starts.

• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required.

• Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify and report machine malfunctions or maintenance requirements.

• Maintain production records and report output as required.

• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.

• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling raw materials when required.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Freshers with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.

• Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
