We are looking for a Technician (ITI / Diploma / B.E.) to join our team at Shivshankar Security And Facility Services Private Limited (SSFSPL) for a reputed manufacturing client located at Chakan, Pune (HP Chowk – Indo Space Industrial Area). Your responsibility will be operating and maintaining production machinery, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth production operations while following all safety standards. A strong technical understanding and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment are essential for this role. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹28,000, along with overtime, canteen, and transport benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machines and equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdowns.

Assist in assembly, testing, and quality inspection processes.

Read and understand basic technical drawings and SOPs.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.

Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field). Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates must be 18 years or older. The role requires working in shifts, handling machines, and performing technical tasks in a manufacturing setup. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge, discipline, and a willingness to work overtime.

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000

Overtime (OT): 150% of standard wages
