We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate our Vacuum Forming / Blister Tray Manufacturing Machine. The candidate will be responsible for setting and operating the machine, ensuring proper forming quality, maintaining cycle efficiency, and carrying out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should have experience in thermoforming, vacuum forming, blister tray manufacturing, plastic sheet forming, or similar machinery. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating vacuum forming/blister tray machines.
Loading and handling PET, RPET, HIPS, PVC, HDPE and other plastic sheets.
Monitoring heating, forming and cooling parameters.
Ensuring correct dimensions, shape and surface quality of trays.
Performing basic machine setting and parameter adjustments.
Coordinating with trimming and production teams.
Maintaining production records and minimizing rejection.
Following safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
