JOB DESCRIPTION – MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling machine operations, performing basic maintenance, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

·         Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures.

·         Set up and adjust machines for production requirements.

·         Monitor machine performance and output quality.

·         Ensure continuous production with minimal downtime.

Production Activities

·         Load raw materials into machines.

·         Monitor production processes and output.

·         Meet daily production targets and schedules.

·         Record production data and machine performance.

Quality Control

·         Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.

·         Report quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

·         Ensure products meet company specifications.

Maintenance & Safety

·         Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.

·         Report machine breakdowns and malfunctions.

·         Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Documentation

·         Maintain production records and machine logs.

·         Record machine downtime and production output.

·         Report operational issues to supervisors.

Required Qualifications

·         ITI / 10th Pass or 12th Pass.

·         Technical training in machine operation is an added advantage.

Skills Required

·         Basic machine operating knowledge.

·         Ability to follow instructions and production procedures.

·         Good attention to detail.

·         Basic troubleshooting skills.

·         Ability to work in shifts if required.

·         Teamwork and communication skills.

Experience

·         0 to 1 years of experience in manufacturing or production.

·         Freshers may also apply.

Working Conditions

·         Factory / Manufacturing Environment.

·         Full-Time Employment.

·         Rotational Shifts (if applicable).

·         Weekly Off as per company policy.

Salary

10000 – 15000 per month
