मैन्युफैक्चरिंग मशीन ऑपरेटर

We are looking for a Trainee Engineer to join our team at Mil India Pvt. Ltd. The role involves supporting day-to-day engineering, production and project activities, coordinating with different departments, monitoring work progress and maintaining quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical industrial experience while developing technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in daily production and engineering activities.

• Monitor production processes and ensure smooth operations.

• Understand and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement and Projects teams.

• Monitor project progress and support timely execution.

• Maintain daily reports, technical documentation and records.

• Identify basic technical issues and assist in troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.

• Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with 0–2 year of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, engineering drawings, AutoCAD and MS Office. Good communication, coordination, problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn are essential for this role. Candidates should also be flexible to work in production facilities and project sites as per company requirements.
