Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience who is looking to grow their technical skills in a professional manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining specialized machinery to ensure the timely production of high-quality goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards.

• Production Monitoring: Monitor the machine during the production cycle to ensure smooth operation and identify any irregularities in output or sound.

• Quality Inspection: Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required dimensions and specifications.

• Loading & Unloading: Feed raw materials into the machine and safely remove finished products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

• Basic Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor adjustments to the machinery. Report any significant mechanical issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S) and strictly follow all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.

• Documentation: Fill out daily production reports, recording the number of units produced and any downtime or waste.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience operating machinery in a factory or warehouse setting.

• Education: High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical certification is preferred.

• Technical Skills: • Ability to follow technical instructions and read simple blueprints or diagrams.

  • Basic understanding of measurement tools (e.g., callipers, rulers, or gauges).

  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards.

• Soft Skills: Punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new processes.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long shifts and capable of lifting up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 15kg].
