Job Title: Vertical Injection Molding Machine Operator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Vertical Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining vertical injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate vertical injection molding machines efficiently and safely
Set up molds, adjust machine parameters, and ensure proper functioning
Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure accuracy
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as an injection molding machine operator (vertical preferred)
Basic knowledge of molds, materials, and machine settings
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in shifts if required
