🔧 Job Summary:

Essay Sports is looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to operate and maintain computerized embroidery machines for school uniforms, hospitality uniforms, and custom bulk garment orders. The ideal candidate should have experience in logo embroidery, crest stitching, thread setting, and machine handling for bulk production.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate multi-head computerized embroidery machines efficiently

• Execute school logos, monograms, and custom crest embroidery accurately

• Load embroidery design files (DST, PES formats, etc.) into machines

• Select appropriate threads, needles, and backing materials

• Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure quality output

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of embroidery machines

• Ensure correct placement of embroidery on uniforms (shirts, blazers, T-shirts, etc.)

• Maintain production targets and minimize thread breakage or fabric damage

• Inspect finished embroidered products for quality and accuracy

• Coordinate with the production and cutting department for workflow

📋 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computerized embroidery machine operation

• Experience with logo embroidery for garments/uniforms preferred

• Ability to understand embroidery design placement and scaling

• Knowledge of thread types, stabilizers, and fabric handling

• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced bulk manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of garment production processes

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

• Technical training or certification in embroidery machine operation is a plus
