Machine Operator - Blasting Equipment

Machine Operator Machine Operator Duties & Responsibilities Operation of Blasting equipments as per standards. Preventive maintenance and StBIa test of Blasting equipments as per standards. Independently do fixture maintenance, Disposal Inspection of blasted parts, fixtures & machine parts to ensure right quality is achieved. Follow process as per standards (QMS,EMS,Internal operation standards) Communicate to shift leader & quality engineer in case of issues. Update documents for the activities conducted. Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE & Cost reduction plans Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions & corrective actions for internal and external complaints. Required education, experience, knowledge University degree / diploma / ITI / 12TH in science/ engineering. Fresh candidate / experienced in mechanical/service industry/Cutting tools/Forming tools background Knowledge of Forming tool/cutting tool industry and process. Customer oriented approach.
