Job Title: Machine Installation & Training Executive

Industry: Sanitary Napkin Making Machine / Manufacturing Machinery

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Machine Installation & Training Executive to join our team Ishika Industries who will be responsible for installing machines at customer locations, commissioning the machines, providing complete operator training, and resolving basic technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for machine installation and commissioning.

Install and set up machines according to company specifications.

Check electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and other machine connections.

Conduct machine trials and test production after installation.

Provide complete practical training to customers/operators on:

Machine operation

Machine settings and adjustments

Production process

Safety procedures

Basic troubleshooting

Cleaning and routine maintenance

Explain machine controls, sensors, panels and operating procedures to customers.

Train operators to achieve proper production quality and machine efficiency.

Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical problems.

Coordinate with the technical team for major technical issues.

Provide after-sales technical support to customers through phone/video calls or site visits.

Maintain installation and training reports for every customer.

Ensure customer satisfaction after installation and training.

Travel to different locations as required for installation and service work.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Good understanding of industrial machinery and machine operation.

Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical diagrams is preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to explain technical processes in simple language.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to travel to customer locations.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field is preferred.

Experience

0-1 years of experience in machine installation, commissioning, servicing or operator training is preferred.

Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
