Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out routine preventive maintenance of machines, utilities, and equipment as per schedule.
2. Attend to mechanical and electrical breakdowns; diagnose faults and restore functionality with minimal downtime.
3. Coordinate with store for spare parts availability and raise requirements for critical components.
4. Maintain maintenance logs, service history cards, and breakdown registers accurately.
5. Ensure proper functioning of plant utilities such as compressor, DG set, exhausts, and lighting systems.
6. Follow safety procedures during repair work and ensure proper use of tools, PPE.
7. Support production teams during machine changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
8. Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or AMC visits and maintain service reports
