We are looking for a responsible and organized Spare Management Executive to handle spare parts inventory, stock planning, and coordination with vendors and service teams. The candidate should ensure proper availability of spare parts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain and manage spare parts inventory.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement.
Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to service/field teams.
Maintain inward & outward stock records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Conduct regular stock audits.
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and documentation.
Avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant degree)
Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics (Preferred)
Good knowledge of inventory management.
Basic Excel knowledge
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
