Job Title: Line Quality Inspector

Industry: Injection Moulding Manufacturing
Experience: 1–6 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month
Benefits: Free Room & Food Accommodation

Job Responsibilities:

Perform First-Off, Middle (In-Process), and Last-Off Inspection on injection moulding production lines.
Conduct regular Patrol Inspections to ensure product quality throughout production.
Update and maintain Patrol Inspection Reports and quality records.
Identify quality defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
Verify product dimensions and appearance as per customer specifications and quality standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
1–6 years of experience in Injection Moulding Quality.
Knowledge of first-off, in-process, and final inspection.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Engineering Manufacturing.
Plastic Injection Moulding.

Knowledge of Quality Inspection Tools.
