Lead Project Cluster South Responsibilities Lead - Projects (Mechanical)-ACSL Project Design and Technical Oversight: Enhance design integrity by analysing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining mechanical requirements to ensure designs consistently meet client expectations and minimize revisions. Elevate project quality by reviewing and approving engineering plans, material proposals, and method statements, fostering smooth execution and reducing rework. Project Execution and Monitoring: Accelerate project delivery by developing and tracking detailed timelines with clear milestones and resource allocations, ensuring seamless progress and timely completion. Boost operational efficiency by overseeing on-site inspections to verify that mechanical services strictly adhere to approved shop drawings and consultant specifications, thereby streamlining installation and minimizing rework. Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Risk Management: Uphold high quality standards by conducting regular quality assurance checks on mechanical components to ensure project outputs consistently align with technical specifications and reliability goals. Ensure safety and compliance by rigorously monitoring health and safety practices at project sites, fostering a secure work environment that adheres to all regulatory and environmental standards.
